TRIX Basic Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU-wide Consumer Rights)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the products are in their original, unopened condition. The 14-day period begins from the day you receive the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • You must inform us of your decision to return the product within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting us at info@trixbasic.com.
  • You must return the products within 14 days after informing us of your decision to cancel your purchase.
  • The products must be in unused and resalable condition, with all original packaging, labels, and tags still intact. Opened or used health supplements cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

5. Exemptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sealed products that are unsealed after delivery (due to health and hygiene reasons).
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Products that have been opened or used, particularly health supplements, unless defective.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@trixbasic.com within 14 days of receiving the faulty product, and we will arrange for a return and refund or replacement.

7. Refund Timeframe

We aim to process all returns and issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
