What is TRIX Basic Minoxidil?
What is TRIX Basic Minoxidil?
In alopecia androgenetica, hair follicles gradually become more sensitive to hormonal signals, leading to a shortened growth phase and progressive miniaturisation of the hair.
TRIX Basic Minoxidil is formulated to act locally on the scalp and hair follicles, with the aim to:
- prolong the active growth phase of the hair
- support follicle activity
- slow further thinning over time
The product works topically and does not provide nutritional or systemic support.
What TRIX Basic Minoxidil is NOT
What TRIX Basic Minoxidil is NOT
TRIX Basic Minoxidil is not:
- a nutritional supplement
- a product with permanent effects after discontinuation
- a solution that produces immediate cosmetic results
Stopping use typically leads to a gradual return to the original hair loss pattern.

Not sure if this product fits your situation?
Hair loss can have different causes and mechanisms, and more than one factor may be involved at the same time.
Because of this, it is not always possible to determine suitability based on a single symptom or assumption.
If you are unsure whether this product aligns with your specific hair loss pattern, a structured assessment can help provide clarity before making a decision.
The TRIX Hair Check guides you through a short, step-by-step evaluation based on pattern, onset, and relevant background factors, helping to indicate which type of hair loss may be most relevant in your situation.
